Since stepping into the removals industry, I’ve helped lead a significant business transformation alongside James. These changes have driven stronger operating performance, improved conversion rates, and set the foundations for rapid growth — both organic and through acquisition.

With a background in running my own estate agency for 11 years, I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything I do: building teams, improving systems, and creating commercial strategies that deliver results. At Move Group, that means leading operations across multiple brands, supporting acquisitions, and helping shape the culture and standards that set us apart.
It’s been fast-paced, challenging, and hugely rewarding — and the journey is only just beginning.

Outside of removals, I love golf, spending time with my family, and long walks with Max, our dog.

I joined Chelmsford Removals in 2011, when we were a tiny company with just three removal operatives and two vehicles. Over the years, I’ve really enjoyed being part of the company’s growth into what it is today as a large group of quality brands.

I oversee preparing financial reports and payroll whilst ensuring strong relationships with our clients. I take so much pride in helping the business run smoothly as it adapts to its growth. My vision is for Move Group to become a trusted name throughout the UK in the removals industry.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the cinema (mostly to watch horror films), hot yoga and keeping my Wordle streak going.

I lead the Group with a practical, people-first approach shaped by my time on the tools and my ex-military background. Day to day, my focus is simple: deliver exceptional service for customers, build a strong company culture, and grow through well-chosen acquisitions informed by data.

My vision is a nationwide group of respected regional brands working together to offer a premium, consistent experience across the UK. We’ll get there—fairly and transparently—by looking after our people, keeping our promises to clients, and making sound, long-term acquisition decisions.

Outside work, I’m family-focused and happiest when I’m cooking for a crowd, doing CrossFit, or planning the next adventure.

I have enjoyed a varied and rewarding 25 years in the removals, relocation, and storage industry. Beginning my career operationally as a porter, packer, and senior driver gave me invaluable hands-on experience and a strong foundation. This knowledge has supported my progression into managing sales, marketing, and coordination teams, always with a focus on delivering premium service at the highest standards.

I am a passionate professional who values both our industry and its key contribution to society. In my role as Group Head of Sales & Marketing at Move Group, my focus is on all commercial elements of the business, uniting and supporting our talented colleagues to achieve and exceed our ambitious goals.

We are fortunate to live in a time of significant technological advancement. My aim is to embrace new methods and innovations while honouring each brand’s history and heritage—never forgetting that our people remain our most valuable asset. In my experience, striking this balance is the key to performance, success, and sustainable growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, playing golf with friends, and spending time with my wonderful family in the heart of Norfolk, where we live.
